What is the quantum realm in real life

Think of yourself as an unlimited being trapped inside a box.

That box is sealed by some heavy-duty tape, that we will call your “identity”.

Every memory, thought and belief add a layer of tape to seal the box. So everything you think, every choice you make, every action you take keeps you inside the box, and you can’t outgrow it.

In other words, it keeps you small and limited.

And trapped in a past reality that you keep nurturing!

This is not what you want now, is it?

In order to step outside the box, you have to let go of who you think you are and allow yourself to just be.

Because who you think you are doesn’t exist outside of language. Simply put, you are not labels, you are not words. You are so much more than that.

You are not your thoughts, you are the one observing the thoughts.

You are not your body, you are the one experiencing the body.

You are not your mind, you are the one watching the mind.

When you stop identifying with your problems and only what you know, you step outside of your box, you leave your old identity behind and are able to grow.

Here are some thoughts on how to get out of your box:

  • Be mindful of your “I am” statements (ie: I am anxious, depressed, angry, fat, ill, etc…) and instead observe what you are experiencing in the body without labelling it.
  • Stop doing and start being: instead of doing the work to get to your desired outcome, start being the kind of person who already has that desired outcome.
  • Notice what you pay attention to and what makes you feel like you are a victim of your circumstances and rewrite the story.
  • Anytime a limiting thought tries to stop you from going after your dreams, remind yourself that you are a piece of the ever expanding Universe, and more importantly, that you are made of the same stuff!
  • Come back to the Now: problems don’t exist in the present moment, they only exist in the past (memories) and in the future (anxiety). The same goes for that restrictive identity!
  • Journal on this: Who am I? And who am I that is more than that? Keep asking yourself that same question until you run out of words. Right there, this is who you actually are!

Remember that you have a choice: your thoughts, beliefs and memories only have full control over you because you let them.

So now that you know your real essence, are you going to step out of your box?

Are you going to let go of who you think you are and allow yourself to just be?
