Me and Mel worked together on working with my anxiety in a particular situation. We spoke through the issue, which was very easy because Mel is a great listener and is super easy to connect with. Before I knew it we started talking about something completely different! Money had always been a topic that caused massive anxiety and stress in my family, and this had stuck with me for a very long time. I was scared to release money and I didn’t trust myself.

"Overcoming limiting beliefs"

For my entire life I had the belief that I couldn't float in water which directly led me to not being able to swim. I met and worked with several coaches, teachers, friends/family and all were unsuccessful in getting me over that hump. After one week working with Mel and though her guidance I was able to overcome these beliefs I had on not being able to float/swim and successfully floated and even did some swimming (although still needed work, I made it from one side of the pool to the other which is something I've never been able to do before). All my life of having this holding me back, the countless sessions, the staying away from water because of it and as a person who enjoys traveling this cut down on my potential enjoyment and places to go. I am now proud to say that not only have done some swimming, I have also gone snorkeling since which was one of the most enjoyable moments of my life and something I can directly thank Mel for allowing me to experience.
